BTN Plus does not support Cox/will not investigate

And the service to even look at the problem stinks. Attempt to sign in with TV provider (Cox) does not prompt for userid, assumes logged in and then provides no access. Chat support on web just blamed me and disconnected. Repeated emails to get them to talk w Cox are ignored. Worse company/app ever
